Who could help?

Clarify the problem

Your primary care clinician or an appropriate musculoskeletal specialist can assess symptoms and arrange further evaluation.

Build a movement plan

A licensed physical therapist can assess function and tailor an exercise and activity program.

Discuss a procedure

Ask for a clinician experienced in the exact treatment. Confirm the diagnosis and alternatives before choosing a procedure.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Bring a one-page story.

  • The activity you want back and what limits it.
  • When symptoms started and how they have changed.
  • Treatments tried, dates, and response.
  • Medicines, supplements, allergies, and relevant conditions.
  • Imaging reports you already have, if requested by the office.
Make activity notes ↗

Leave with a clear plan.

  • What is the working diagnosis, and what is uncertain?
  • What benefit is realistic for someone like me?
  • What are the risks and reasonable alternatives?
  • What should I do if symptoms worsen?
  • When will we review progress, and who do I contact?

Ask about the whole cost.

Request a written estimate covering consultation, imaging, medicine or device, facility fees, repeat visits, and rehabilitation. Ask what insurance covers, what you owe, and the cancellation terms. An illustrative price on this site is not a quote.

What happens after I use a directory?

You leave this site and contact the office yourself. That provider manages scheduling, clinical screening, consent, billing, and follow-up. We do not receive confirmation or promise a response time.

Can I book treatment on this site?

Not yet. The existing request forms are demonstrations only. Online appointment availability, prices, and booking are not yet connected. Contact the practice directly to ask about a visit.
